Liaison College Culinary Boot Camp Program
Recreational Boot Camp classes foster your passion for culinary by creating a safe and educational environment for every skill level. Whether you are a seasoned professional and want to brush up on the basics, or you are someone who is holding a chef's knife for the first time, have no fear- Boot Camp is a one size fits all.

Culinary Boot Camp will include the following classes:
Knife Skills – how to prepare for your culinary experience. (1 class)

Stocks and Soups (1 class)

Sauces and Vegetable Cookery (1 classes)

Starches, Starches and More Starches!! (2 classes)

Poultry Passion (1 class)

Pork-E-Pig (1 class)

Where’s the Beef? (1 class)

Fish and Seafood (1 class)

Dessert…ahhhhh Dessert. (1 class)
– Classes are all hands on and interactive
– You will leave with an armful of great food and good ideas
– No experience necessary

The cost of the course is $998.00 all inclusive and covers the 10 weeks of professional chef instruction, as well as the cost of supplies and groceries. Tax receipts are available 
 
NOTE: We must have a minimum of 6 in the class to run this boot camp.

CANCELLATION: Liaison College may cancel the class at any time if there is not sufficient enrollment or in the case of imminent weather. A full refund will be made to all participants if the classes are cancelled by the school. Any cancellations less than 48 hours before the first class made by a participating student will not be refunded or transferable.

ALLERGIES: Liaison College cannot guarantee any food allergies or sensitivities since the classes are held in an operational commercial kitchen facility. Students take the program at their own risk.

LIABILITY: There are inherent dangers in a commercial kitchen. Students hereby agree that they will not hold Liaison College or its instructors liable in the event of an accident. Students assume all responsibility for personal safety and conduct while at Liaison College Oakville or any Liaison College Campus. A waiver of liability will need to be signed to participate in the classes.

EQUIPMENT: Students must supply Non slip shoes. No open toed shoes are allowed in the kitchen. Please bring with you a paring knife, chef or favourite kitchen knife, a set of tongs, an apron or towel, and 2 large freezer bags or medium containers for your food.
