We at Liaison have been turning dreams and passions into reality for over ten years. We are the Largest Trainer of Chefs and Cooks in Ontario and are very proud of our excellent placement rate for our graduates. We are committed to providing up-to-date training by a caring professional faculty and are determined to deliver the skills necessary to encourage and inspire students to strive for success.
We primarily teach students the "Classic French Methods" of food preparation. However, once the basics have been learned we also encourage students
to develop their own style and palates in order to expand their repertoire of recipes and skills to be able to appreciate the fine art of dining.
Students who join us in their studies receive a practical, focused education that prepares them to begin their careers with an on-the-job skills employers need.
We are located in Hamilton, Ontario Canada. We are just inside the Jackson Square Mall adjacent to the Hamilton Public Library. We welcome you to come and visit our 6,000 sq.foot, facility, speak with one of our counselors on site and get your new career sizzling!
